today i watched roger federers match against robin soderling. Rger wonin 4 sets 6-0, 6-3,6-7, 7-6 .Iwas rather surprised that soderling won the third set as all he did was hold his serve and in the tie-break federer was 4-0 up in the tie-break but lost his focus and let soderling come back to win the set and tie-break 8-6. but then federer gained back his composure and won the fourth set tie-break 8-6.

When Glen Johnson completed his £17.5 million signing to Liverpool this week, it was the start of a new journey in what has been a very eventful career for the young player. At 24, he has already won several honours, including the FA Premiership and the FA Cup. He has had 2 big career moves, although it seems a long time ago when a young Johnson became the first signing of the Abromovich era at Chelsea when he moved from West Ham in a £6 million move. After the first 2 seasons at Chelsea, he was given little opportunities with Paola Fereira coming in, so moving to Portsmouth was a good move for him. His maturity of the pitch has greatly improved (he no longer is caught stealing toilet seats, or forgetting his passport before an important European game) which has shown in his performances on the pitch were he became Portsmouth’s most influential player, named in the PFA team of the year, a first team regular with England and his goal against hull won goal of the season.
His attacking threat down the right hand side of the pitch offers Liverpool a new mode of attack. Alvaro Arbeloa never had the quality to provide such a threat, and his link up play with Dirk Kuyt was predictable at times. Johnson can be used as a right winger, a role which he exceeded in the second half of the season at Portsmouth, providing better service for Torres. His position as a right back is questioned by his defensive frailties, although Benitez is hoping that he can develop his defensive abilities, someone who has this much quality can be a top class defender.
With the world cup arriving at the end of next season, Johnson has a real chance with his performances for Liverpool to cement a permanent space in Capello’s 11. It will be a big year for him and a big year for Liverpool, hoping they can finally win the long awaited title.
Liverpool were very close last year. Johnson will be an improvement to the team and add an extra attacking threat, which has been lacking at times. Providing they keep their key players, the first eleven at Anfield will be as strong as you will see anywhere in the premiership.

Liverpool beat Singapore 5-0 on Sunday to snap a three-game preseason winless streak.Liverpool striker Andriy Voronin opened the scoring in first-half injury time after a slow start by the Reds. Liverpool secured the result with second-half goals by Fernando Torres, Albert Riera and a brace from Krisztian Nemeth."We had five goals with different players so I'm really pleased," Liverpool manager Rafa Benitez said. "Every single day we are improving physically."Liverpool, which had five Spanish internationals arrive late for preseason training after taking part in the Confederations Cup, was winless in friendlies this year. A 1-1 draw against Thailand on Wednesday followed a 1-0 defeat by Rapid Vienna and a scoreless draw against Swiss club St. Gallen. The team picked up two injuries in the Thailand game as first-choice central defender Martin Skrtel strained his right hamstring and forward Nabil El Zhar damaged a right knee ligament. Malnutrition is a general term for a medical condition caused by an improper or inadequate diet and nutrition.[1][2]
According to the World Health Organization, hunger and malnutrition are the single gravest threats to the world's public health and malnutrition is by far the biggest contributor to child mortality, present in half of all cases.[3]
In addition to infant mortality risks, lifelong malnutrition can begin in utero and is typically associated with the mother's stature (associated with her childhood nutritional status), her nutritional status prior to conception, and diarrheal disease, intestinal parasites, and/or respiratory infection status. Multiple studies have shown that nutritional status of adults is substantially influenced by their nutritional experience from conception through early childhood. Even if individuals have had adequate nutrition from childhood on, their health outcomes are still impacted. [4]
